Varnish Discovery 1.0.1 release Release

This release addresses a bug in the Kubernetes module causing a out-of-bound exception and crashing discovery. It also fixes two pain points in case of misconfiguration:

• For VAC and Kubernetes, in case of an HTTP error, the response is dumped as a comment to help debugging.
• In the same modules, if no matching group is found, discovery will output a comment too, instead of looping or exiting silently.

Upgrading is safe and recommended.
