Varnish Helm Chart 1.3.0 Release

This is a minor release for varnish-enterprise with the following changes:

• Added configuration options to use external secrets for secrets and passwords
• Fixed an issue where relocating HTTP or admin ports caused Varnish Controller Agent to fail
• Fixed a listening address in Varnish and a proper report of Pod IP to Varnish Controller

And for varnish-controller, the following changes:

• Added configuration options to use external secrets for secrets and passwords
• Updated varnish-controller to 6.0.2
