Varnish Administration Console 3.8.1 Release

This Varnish Administration Console (VAC) release fixes some minor UI bugs, adds a feature to enable ReadOnly user to view VCL and Parameter sets and introduces MongoClient connection string.

A new argument - mongoURI - is available in the defaults settings file. If this argument has any value assigned to it then it will be used as a connection string against Mongo.
