Varnish Cache Plus 6.0.4r2 Release

About the release

This release fixes a critical bug in the new VSM code and an extremely unlikely bug in MSE (discovered when running with very limited resources and heavy traffic).

A new -j option for JSON compatible output has been added in varnishncsa.
