Varnish Cache Plus 6.0.4r3 Release

About the release

This release introduces a new experimental tool called varnishscoreboard, and a new string VMOD. It also adds a utils function and adds IPv6 support to the aclplus VMOD.

It also fixes a few bugs, for example one which improves the format of the newly added -j option in varnishncsa.
