Varnish Controller 2.0.1 Release

This is a patch release that includes several minor bug fixes and improvements.

Upgrading from 2.0.0 does not require any configuration changes to any of the components.

Changes That Requires Action

If the VCLI is used via automation the need for -y (or --yes) flag is required for several commands listed below. This is to prevent showing the interactive prompt that has been added for these commands. The need for interactive input has been added as a safeguard and can be circumvented using the -y flag for the commands that accept this flag.
