Varnish Controller 6.0.3 Release

If certificates are used within the controller, the controller must be updated before updating varnish to version 6.0.13 or above.

This is a patch release for Varnish Controller with the following fix:

• Fixed a bug where the TLS version check failed for Varnish versions 6.0.13 and above.
