Fixed upgrading varnish-plus on its own leaving Varnish unable to load its VCL, which 0.18.0 introduced. The Supervisor now generates VCL without its Varnish module when the installed Varnish Enterprise cannot load it, and logs that it did. Caching and package classification are unaffected, and Hex requests fall back to the default cache lifetimes until varnish-supervisor is upgraded to a matching build.
Fixed the RPM packages installing the Supervisor’s Varnish module in a directory Varnish Enterprise does not search, which 0.18.0 introduced and which left Varnish unable to load its VCL. It now goes in /usr/lib64/varnish-plus/vmods, so a symlink added to work around this can be removed. Debian packages were never affected.
