Varnish Controller 1.0.2 Release

A license file is now required. The license file is added to brainz. Please contact sales or support to retrieve a license file. The system will continue running without a license file, but login is disabled for all users.

Small improvements and bug fixes in Brainz, Agent, API-GW, CLI, UI Server and the UI.

Packaging has been updated with the following:

RPM packages for brainz now installs nats.conf correctly.
Varnish-Controller user is now part of the varnish group for the agent.
Varnish Controller UI systemd service file updated to use default values from the ui-server.
